- All prices are based on an average sized room which is approximately 12'x15'or up to 225 sq. feet. There will be an additional charge if the rooms are larger than average. (Generally, the charge is an additional $5.00 for every 60 sq. feet over the average).
- If a combination of full rooms and traffic area rooms are to be done, the first room is $39.95. Each additional full room is $24.95 and each additional traffic area room is $19.95.
- Definition of traffic area room: Shampooing around the large pieces of furniture, e.g. couches, loveseats, sectionals, etc. Small items, such as end tables, toys, coffee tables may be moved and shampooed under.
- Stains are not guaranteed to come out. However, we have had much success with most non-permanent stains.
